Tommykaira is a brand name for complete cars and tuning cars created by combining the surnames of Yoshikazu Tomita, president of Tomita Yume Factory, and Kikuo Kaira, vice president of the factory. In 1987, the company released the “TOMMYKAIRA M30,” Japan’s first officially certified complete car based on the Nissan Skyline (R31), followed by the completely original sports car “TOMMYKAIRA ZZ” in 1995, of which 206 were manufactured and sold by 1999. The “TOMMYKAIRA” continues to be highly popular both at home and abroad.

The greatest feature of “Tommykaira NFT MEMBERS (tentative name)” is that the digital art can be used for secondary and commercial purposes, including postcards, key chains, miniature cars, and actual cars made from 3D data, making it the first NFT work in the world to allow commercial use.

The license fee will be free of charge up to 10 million yen in sales from commercial use, and multiplied by 12% for the portion exceeding 10 million yen.

Purchasers of “Tommykaira NFT MEMBERS (tentative name)” can also use the membership as NFT membership rights to participate in “Tommykaira DAO.

The selling price of “Tommykaira NFT MEMBERS (tentative name)” is 1,000,000 yen per unit, and the initial sales volume is planned to be 100 units (total sales volume is 1,000 units).

The Discord is scheduled to be launched in December 2022, and sales will begin in January 2023.

The details of “Tommykaira NFT MEMBERS (tentative name)” will be disclosed on the official website of “Tommykaira NFT MEMBERS (tentative name)” and Discord server around mid-December 2022.
